If... von abgemeldet (Shonen-Ai if you want it to be there.) ================================================================================ Kapitel 1: Oneshot. ------------------- Mohinder hated his life. It had all gone wrong, since... yeah since when? Maybe the day when he had entered his fathers apartment. Maybe the day he had gotten that call from Zane Taylor. Maybe the day he had decided to take Molly to The Company, when she refused to wake up. He didn't know. But it didn't really matter. His life was in pieces, shattered... „Broken“, he whispered, quickening the pace on his way to his father's old apartment. Broken... the word made him even more sad. It reminded him of Sylar. Zane. Gabriel Gray. Whoever he had been in the end, when he had been broken himself, at last. Broken beyond repair. When he had left this world. And although Mohinder would deny it, if anybody asked, a part of him wished Sylar hadn't left. He had felt much safer, when Sylar had been the only bad guy around. Now he had to deal with a lot of different people. And he didn't feel very comfortable working with The Company either. Especially, since he knew they had wanted to use a manipulated version of the Shanti Virus as a weapon. It could have erased humanity in short time. There was simply nothing that he had with The Company in common, except for the fact that they wanted to help special people as well. Or at least they said so. Sylar and Mohinder had shared quite some things. For instance had both of them wanted to do something special in this world. They had both tried to track those people with special abilities down, had tried to help them – only that Sylar's methods were a bit different to his. And both of them had been lonely, abandoned by friends, family. Left alone. While traveling with 'Zane', Mohinder had thought that maybe he didn't have to be alone anymore. But then he had found out who 'Zane' really was and everything had been turned upside down. Now Mohinder felt even more lonely than before. Mohinder didn't turn the light on when he entered the empty apartment. He enjoyed the silence and darkness and calm. It was what Sylar had been. Dark, but calm and just there. Now nobody was there for Mohinder. He could have changed that, earlier, he was certain of that. But now there was no point in denying that it was too late. Too late for everything. His thoughts were disrupted by the sound of his ringing mobile. Mohinder shrugged, aslike that would make his thoughts go away, and accepted the call. Life might not be like he wanted it to be – not at all – but that didn't stop it from going on. And he had to go along, whether he liked it or not. END Hosted by Animexx e.V. (http://www.animexx.de)
