Shudders

Say baby can’t you see
the shudders you inflame in me?
Can’t breath, can’t think
would throw myself at your feet 
bye an wink from your hand.
Come on tell me why don’t you understand?

Your cold, your hot,
your burning higher
with a never ending fire
and at the same time you’re not.

Don’t know what to think of you?
Come on, tell me, are you true
or is every single word you tell
an illusion build so well.
Just to take away my will
my ability to stay still?

Any thought of mine
is at your side.
Would never think of lying
I’m opening my heart so wide.
What will you do?
Is there just anything that’s true
leaving your beautiful, sinful mouth…

So I’m here…
waiting, hoping oh so dear,
that someday only time can tell
you would know me so well,
that you could never leave my side…
