Every night I remain awake 
Until my heart has calmed down 
The beat of my heart is so strong 
that think I cannot breath. 
I' lying here alone, thinking about you. 
I look outside the window. 
I can see the darkness as it were inside me. 
But then I see a single star. 

The only one I can see for such a long time. 
This star is you. 

Every day I think about this star. 
I can only see him so bright at night. 
'Cos no one is allowed to see what i feel for him 
everyone would tell me how foolish my love is 

But is is true. 
I am in love with you. 

* You are the only one in my heart. 
You are the only one in the sky. 
Your smile is so amazing it brightens up my world. 
Your voice touches my heart, that I get all weak in the knees. 
But still, I cannot reach you. 
But still, my love will last eternerly. 

Like a riddle, like a maze, 
I cannot find my way to you. 
I want to be your girl, 
the special one in your life. 
Always by your side, make you happy, make you smile. 
Laugh together, cry together. 

You are everything to me, but you cannot see. 
I am too far away, you are too far away.
