Anm: Ein weiteres in der Reihe der Gedichte die an keine bestimmte Person
gehen... (Nein, auch nicht an euch beide! *g* Fragen ist zwecklos.)
Hier hab ich versucht, was dialogähnliches zu fabrizieren.


desperate vs. determined

Do you not see how I hurt in my heart
How daily it threatened to tear me apart?
~
Well, I refuse pity to make my heart burn
There is simply no one who can make me yearn

It is your own fault you never did look
Now you will pay for the time you took
~
You could have let go, that would have been wise
Still you decided to dismiss my advice

No one shall have you when I'm not the one
I will ensure you know where you belong
~
I'll have you know that love is not for me
I will take care of that eternally

The last thing I want on Earth's face is to gain
The knowledge that you went with me down the drain
~
Do not ask me how I can read your mind
But this now disables me from being kind

What you did to me I'll make you see
You'll suffer the same pain as me
~
Do not underestimate me or you'll see
My other side which yet I never set free

I will find a way to get through to thee
Even if that way brings damage to me
~
You seem to have chosen, and so will I
No more I care, watch your steps in my eyes.
