I´m a snowman in the winter
I love the winter, yeah
Cause in the winter I am happy
Cause in the winter I am there

Every year I celebrate it
the day of my creation
build beside the angels
I stick to my foundation

But I like the way it is
Me there just stiff and cold
It is easy it is simple
Just totally controlled

I am a snowman in the spring 
I often like the spring, yeah
Cause in the spring I´m sometimes happy
but only if I´m still there

Every year I pray to heaven
in the hope that I can stay
for just a little longer 
till I finally melt away

But I like the way it is
Me there just growing old
It is easy it is simple
Just totally controlled

I´m no snowman in the summer
I hate the summer, yeah
Cause in the summer I feel nothing
You can´t find me anywhere

Every year I ask myself
how does the summer feel
but without any heat resistance
surviving is unreal

But I like the way it is
Me there always untold
It is easy it is simple
Just totally controlled

I´m no snowman in the autumn
I don´t like the autumn, yeah
Cause in the autumn only rarely
I am already there

Every year I ask myself
will I see the leaves fall down
Or will the rain not crystallize
so that I have to drown

But I like the way it is
I silence I ignore
The ignorance I have
Not built for anything more...
