We went to watch priest-3D and it actually was our first 3D-movie-experience (except from back in the 80s). Woah, talking about personal space, I felt mine invided very harshly!
All in all 3D was not quite what I had expected/hoped for, though it worked well with the animation at the beginning, making it look like paper theatre. XD
But anyway, I liked the movie. It was not bad and that was enough for me. Of course I asked myself, why did it have to be 'vampires', why not stay with demons and why the fuck did Karl Urban (I drooled so hard, ppl) have to wear that hat? But what the hell! It felt and looked quite like the manhwa and I can accept it as something like a possible future setting derived from it. They could have given the story more depth, but the motives were enough to trigger things in me and I liked the cast and the set and the overall feel.
And dammit, did that one scene remind me of my characters Yules and Rapha... "you let go, bitch!"
so... that was that... definately have to do some fanart XD
