Häufig gestellte Fragen

Braucht der Animexx denn überhaupt Hilfe?

Natürlich. Die Webseite, der Verein und die Veranstaltungen werden meist von ehrenamtlichen Helfern unterstützt, ohne diese Mithilfe wäre es nicht möglich eine solche Vielfalt an Funktionen, Bereichen, Programm oder Aktivitäten bereitzustellen.
Da aber freiwillige Helfer nicht auf Bäumen wachsen und es an vielen Stellen an jenen mangelt freut sich der Animexx über viele Bewerber, die mit Ausdauer, Eifer, Herz und Seele den Animexx bei den Aktivitäten unterstützen möchten.


Wo/Bei was kann ich mithelfen?

Die Aufgaben und Aktivitäten lassen sich grob in drei Kategorien einteilen:

  1. Mithelfen auf der Webseite www.animexx.de
  2. Mithelfen auf Animexx-Veranstaltungen
  3. Mithelfen im Verein Animexx e.V.

Im weiteren Verlauf des Artikels werden einige Aufgaben dieser Bereiche aufgelistet und wenn vorhanden mit einer Jobseite verlinkt, die diese Aufgabe anschaulich beschreiben soll.


Was sollte ich zum Thema Bewerbung beachten?

Es ist nicht immer notwendig sich großartig zu bewerben. Bei einigen Aufgaben auf Veranstaltungen reicht meist eine Frage "Kann ich mich nützlich machen?" aus, um in Erfahrung zu bringen ob und wie man helfen kann.
Bei einer Bewerbung sollte die Beschreibung der Stelle gelesen werden, auf die dort erwähnten Voraussetzungen eingegangen und bei Unklarheiten Fragen gestellt werden. Des weiteren hilft es bei schriftlichen Bewerbungen leserlich und möglichst ohne Rechtschreibfehler zu schreiben, schon rein aus Seriosität.


Werden denn alle Bewerber auf einen Posten auch genommen?

Dies ist leider nicht immer möglich. Es gibt mitunter auf wenige verfügbare Stellen einige hundert Bewerber, des weiteren muss nicht jeder Bewerber auch für einen Posten geeignet sein.
Bei vielen Aufgaben kann es passieren, dass mit der Zeit neue oder zusätzliche Helfer benötigt werden, sodass Helfer auf Wartelisten nachrücken oder eine neue Bewerber-Suche stattfindet.
Auf der Webseite besteht des weiteren die Möglichkeit, bei kleineren Mini-Aufgaben mit zu helfen. Für diesen Zweck wurde der Mithelfen auf Animexx-Zirkel gegründet, schaut doch bei Interesse einfach mal vorbei.

Hier findet man die Aufgaben und Stellen der verschiedenen Bereiche. Die Einträge sind nach Alphabet sortiert, falls man weitere Informationen zu einer Aufgabe einsehen möchte kann man auf den jeweiligen Link zur Jobseite klicken (falls zu dieser Aufgabe eine Jobseite vorhanden ist).
Auf Jobs/Aufgaben in roter Schrift kann man sich nicht (direkt) bewerben, Administratoren werden z.B. teils unter Freischaltern gewählt oder von bestimmten Personen ernannt.
