Fanart: Seiken Densetsu Fangame: Aileen Charakter Konzept

| Vor einigen Jahren war ich an einem Seiken Densetsu Fangame für den RPG Maker XP beteiligt. Das Projekt hat sich dann leider irgendwann im Sand verlaufen aber die Charaktere spuken mir hin und wieder immer noch im Hinterkopf herum. Dank einem SNES Marathon in meinem Studentenwohnheim hat es mich dann vor ein paar Monaten wieder voll erwischt und seitdem stapeln sich die Konzeptskizzen. ---Charakterbeschreibung von meiner DA Seite----- Found as an infant Aileen was the would-soon-to-be-headpriestress of a village near the roots of the Mana tree that protected the holy sword. As a child she often dreamed of exploring the world but by the time the games-script starts has mostly given up on this wish and accepted her responsibilities. However on the day she was supposed to take over the role from the old headpriestress a pirate airship literally crashed the party. The thiefs attacked the priestresses and guards, trying to rob the mana sword from it's pedestal. Things went pretty wrong from here on. Once the seal that protected the sword and the village was brocken a mysterious figure took of with it, but not before petrifying the eight priestresses (each a representation of a mana seed) and most of the pirate crew, except Tael, another player character, who arrived late because of a run in with Aileen and is arrested by the guards soon after. With the sword's disappearance the mana tree slowly started to wither. The spirit of light appears and explains that the souls of the eight priestresses who have taken refuge in the manaseeds around the world are what hold the tree from dying until a new mana tree is forged to uphold the worlds balance once more. This however does put Aileen in kind of a bind since for a new tree to be born a woman of the of the mana clan has to take it's place and currently the only descendant is herself. Since serving for a few decades until retirement and spending the rest of eternity firmly rooted are two different matters Aileen decides to bring back both the sword and the priestress souls. With the first signs of transformation already visible on her body she leaves the village for the first time draggin with her the thief who actually started the crisis. In-Game-Fighting: Like most of the female playable characters in the Seiken Densetsu verse Aileen was supposed to heavily depend on wide range magic for her attacks. For her normal attacks the armlets on her wrists would expand in size and flatten until they could either be used as something like a round boomerang that could be thrown at the enemy from afar or as a sort of blade that could cut the enemy directly. |
