I'll start with Kyuubi - which is a great backgroundchice by the way:
This eyes! They glow with this killer instinct a demon has and give a perfect contrast to the dark coloured fur of their owner.
With Naruto in the foreground they build a perfect symmetry.
Naruto has an intensive glance too, just like Kyuubi which shows they coherence in a fight - just for one moment.
I like the contours of Naruto, they are glowing ~ this composition with his glittering collar so bonnie <3
And this light effects in his hair - wonderful! *O*
Naruto's hands are greatly done and besides, I love his strong-willed mien.
I'll say it again - this is a wonderful picture. And I'm very sorry for my horrible English û_u
