Thanks for the comment; I was going for the wonderland look so of course the back ground is going to look weird. I know that things are not exact on her outfit and I am aware on how it looks, I took the picture with my phone. And I drew her older on purpose. That is just how she turned out. (Art is in they eye of the beholder)
I draw with what ever way the pencil is taking me.
I also have a Pan Fanart from DBZ that I drew with an older more erotic look. I guess that’s why it is called fan art...you have the freedom to draw it how ever you would like.

At first I must say, it's not a good quality... looks like you don't have a scanner. Of course this is kind of a pity.
White is cute, althoug it looks you kinda mixed up the costume she wears in MacHeart with the one from the original series. What hits the eye is you didn't draw the blue line straight down her body. And then there is the skirt where you didn't draw the blue lace along the seam. It'd sure look better if you had kind of a model for how the costume looks like.
Of couse she looks older and more erotic than in the original series. I guess that's intendet, but it sure is unusual to see her with that big breasts o.O
Now you just colored the background. I think it's maybe okay, but the only colored thing being the blue squares makes them stand out even more than her. If that is, what you intendet, making the pic looking kinda confusing, it's okay. I for my part think it's more usual to make the character stand out more e.g. by drawing her eyes in color.
Well, but still this is an interesting kind of work. You've got interesting ideas, so keep drawing -.^
